  1.  2-3 times per week – Make sure to get 2-3 BrainCore Training sessions in per week.   Be on time for your appointments and be ready to start.
  2.  Chiropractic/ Cranio-Sacral Therapy – Make sure to get a session every week. 1-2 adjustments/sessions per week will ensure your nervous system is functioning at its highest potential, as your brain and nervous system is creating new connections.
  3.  AVE – On the days you are not training, make sure to use your AVE system at home.  This reinforces and supports the trainings you do in the office.
  4.  TV/Video Games – Reduce the amount of television and video games played during your care plan.  This is counterproductive to the work that we are doing, and can interfere with achieving good results.
  5.  H2O – Drink plenty of water.  This should be your primary drink during your care plan.  A hydrated body functions at a higher level.
  6.  Exercise (Walk, Aerobics, Dance, Tae Kwon Do)- This is not only beneficial for your overall health, but pumps more oxygen through your body and your brain.
  7. Brain ConnectionsMusic Lessons are great for kids (and adults) to strengthen and connect certain aspects of the brain.
  8.  Nutrition – Limit the amount of processed foods you eat and eliminate foods with high fructose corn syrup and red dye 40 from your diet.
  9.  Supplements  – Make sure you are providing all of the minerals and Whole Food supplements your body needs so you can be your best. (Juice Plus, DHA 1000mg)
  10.  Rest – This is the key for your body to repair itself, regenerate, and rejuvenate.
  11. Center for balance – Meditation or quiet time is key to integration and allowing stress to dissipate instead of building up.  Massage, Yoga, Body Awareness.
